6:30 PM Eastern

Texas Southern vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff

While Arkansas-Pine Bluff ranks 363rd in the country in points per possession allowed on defense, they allow 20.7 points fewer per 100 possessions at home than away. They face a Texas Southern team that is 332nd in points per possession. Arkansas-Pine Bluff has also received an offensive boost from the addition of Doctor Bradley, who is averaging 22.9 points per game in his eight games since joining the lineup.

Pick: Arkansas-Pine Bluff +9.5 (Greg’s Handicap: Arkansas-Pine Bluff +5.5)

7:00 PM Eastern

Northern Illinois vs. Bowling Green

Northern Illinois ranks 350th in the nation in points per possession on offense and 325th in points per possession allowed on defense. They face a Bowling Green team that excels at generating live-ball turnovers, ranking 135th in steals per possession on defense.

Pick: Bowling Green -5 (Greg’s Handicap: Bowling Green -11.5)

Saint Louis vs. Massachusetts

Massachusetts ranks 352nd in the nation in three-point shooting percentage and 270th in points per possession on offense. Meanwhile, Saint Louis is making 62.2% of its two-point shots in games away from home, the second-highest percentage in the country.

Pick: Saint Louis +1.5 (Greg’s Handicap: Saint Louis -4)

Wichita State vs. Charlotte

Wichita State is shooting just 30.3% from three-point range, ranking 322nd in the country. They face a Charlotte team that ranks 30th in the nation in opponent three-point shooting percentage and 20th in fewest turnovers committed per possession on offense.

Pick: Charlotte +3 (Greg’s Handicap: Charlotte -2.5)

Notre Dame vs. Florida State

Florida State holds a clear defensive advantage, ranking 56th in points per possession allowed, while Notre Dame ranks 201st. Notre Dame’s defense struggles to force turnovers, ranking 358th in the country in turnovers per possession forced in games played away from home. This will allow Florida State to run its offense efficiently.

Pick: Florida State -2 (Greg’s Handicap: Florida State -5)

Purdue vs. Iowa

Iowa ranks 17th in the country in points per possession at home. They face a Purdue team whose defensive strength is forcing turnovers, ranking 55th in turnovers forced per possession. However, that may not be as effective against an Iowa team that is 10th in the country in fewest turnovers per possession.

Pick: Iowa +8 (Greg’s Handicap: Iowa +4)

9:00 PM Eastern

USC vs. Northwestern

Northwestern is playing its second game without leading rebounder and 17.7 points-per-game scorer Brooks Barnhizer. In their first game without him, they suffered a home loss to Wisconsin on Saturday. USC has allowed the fewest offensive rebounds per game of any team in Big Ten conference play and holds the second-best field goal percentage in conference play.

Pick: USC +1 and Under 140 (Greg’s Handicap: USC -2.5 & Total 134.5)

10:00 PM Eastern

San Jose State vs. Fresno State

Fresno State is playing without two of its top five scorers. Amar Augillard announced last week that he would transfer to Western Illinois. Fresno State already ranks 327th in the country in points per possession. Meanwhile, San Jose State’s 39.6% three-point shooting on the road ranks 11th in the nation.

Pick: San Jose State -3 (Greg’s Handicap: San Jose State -5.5)

Kansas State vs. Arizona State

Arizona State ranks 33rd in the country in home three-point shooting percentage at 39.6%. They face a Kansas State team that ranks 126th in points per possession allowed and 283rd in opponent three-point shooting percentage. Arizona State also ranks 43rd in the country in total possessions per game at home.

Pick: Over 141 (Greg’s Handicap: Total 145.5)
