Matt is a sports and gaming industry veteran with two decades of high stakes gambling experience across the poker, DFS, and sports betting landscapes.

On the print media side of things, Matt served as an editor at both Bluff Magazine and Fight Magazine. Both were the largest distributed titles in the poker and MMA genres at the time, respectively.

Moving into the digital space, Matt was a co-founder of FantasyWired.com, a daily fantasy sports site that was later acquired by iBus Media. He also served as an editor at Heavy.com in charge of all MMA content and a manager of the company’s partnership with the UFC. He is also a long-time contributor to TheLines.com and has hosted a gambling business podcast for Legal Sports Report for several years.

Through his production company, he and his business partner have produced thousands of hours of sports and gambling related content for clients such as MGM, AXS TV, Anthem Media, and the UFC. They created the first official UFC pre-show for UFC pay-per-views and have produced the World MMA Awards for the past 12 years.

Matt is a Louisiana native that is very happy to call Las Vegas home.
