The VSiN team is excited to announce that the 24/7 broadcast network is strengthening its team with the addition of two newly created positions. Serial digital entrepreneur Jordan Nilsen will join VSiN as Head of Digital Strategy and veteran creative director James Coleman will join as Director of Creative Services. These new additions to the team come as VSiN continues its growth, including achieving record website pageviews and unique visitors during the month of September.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jordan and James to the VSiN team and leverage their vast experience to continue to elevate the quality of VSiN’s product,” said Len Mead, general manager at VSiN. "This investment in VSiN talent comes at a time where we’ve seen significant growth on the digital front. We’re building on our unique sports betting content and want to continue innovating and expanding VSiN’s products across all platforms, including audio, video and digital."

Nilsen brings more than 15 years of marketing and social media expertise to expand VSiN’s social media reach and influence as Head of Digital Strategy. Leveraging this experience, he will optimize and grow engagement and performance across all VSiN digital channels.

Most recently, he was co-founder and CMO of Data Skrive, a technology platform producing automated content for companies such as the Associated Press, ESPN, USA Today, and others. Nilsen developed and drove marketing strategy and product innovation and was integral in the company achieving more than double digit revenue growth for the last five years. Previously, he co-founded HERO Sports and spent four years building the business and brand into the country's leading source for daily college sports news. HERO Sports was acquired by BetMGM to support the betting operator’s content marketing strategy after the repeal of The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA).

In his new role as Director of Creative Services, Coleman brings a multifaceted skill set to upgrade VSiN’s content offerings and own the overall look, feel, and sound of the sports betting network’s content across all platforms, including broadcast, audio, digital and print.

Coleman’s wide-ranging skills have been honed through experience as a web designer, digital studio manager, and art director. Most recently, he was Associate Creative Director, at WynnBET in Las Vegas, responsible for developing and managing a design team while creating and updating the visual brand for the sports book operator. Prior to that, Coleman worked as an ACD ideating social, digital and TV executions for various clients, as well as providing creative oversight for Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) social media content. He has produced award-winning campaigns and worked on a variety of brands and successful pitches, including the LVCVA, the Southern Nevada Water Association, Circa Las Vegas and more.

“We are proud to have achieved the kind of industry leadership that can attract top caliber talent like Jordan and James,” said Brian Musburger, founder and CEO at VSiN. “VSiN’s commitment to delivering superior real-time sports betting analysis and insights over the past five years, has helped establish the network as the leading voice in sports betting. These new hires are part of a broad effort to build on that commitment by continually improving the product we deliver to our growing audience.”
