Early Super Bowl LIX Odds to Consider
Are there any teams worth betting right now? No, probably not, especially because there will be a lot of moving parts for the offseason and it is going to be a very strong 2024 NFL Draft.
But, here are some teams to have on your radar as the offseason moves along.
Jacksonville Jaguars +3000: This season was a mess for the Jaguars, as they underperformed in a variety of different ways. It is also tough to be super optimistic about them in a division with CJ Stroud and a much improved Texans team, but the Jags still have Trevor Lawrence and still have a sharp head coach in Doug Pederson in a division that is there for the taking for any one of the teams.
Seattle Seahawks +6000: While the Seahawks are stuck with the favored 49ers and a Rams team that made the postseason, new beginnings with first-year head coach Mike MacDonald and an elite college play-caller in new OC Ryan Grubb could pay some immediate dividends. This is a really solid roster full of talent. I’m not sure that Geno Smith can be “the guy” and take them to new heights, but the supporting cast is good and the new influx of ideas with the coaching staff can only help.
New Orleans Saints +8000: This is a huge number for a team in a really wide-open division. We saw the Buccaneers take advantage of their home-field advantage and beat the Eagles in the playoffs this past postseason. The Falcons should improve with Raheem Morris and a new QB, but the Saints still have ample talent and could make some good moves to put themselves in the hunt.
